Let’s start here and see what will happen at your visit to Keszei Vision Care. Your first step will be to make an appointment. You can call for an appointment at (269) 459-8900 and speak to our receptionist or use our Request an Appointment link on our website. Once your appointment is set, you can save a lot of time at your visit by filling out most of the paperwork prior to your visit. Yes, this information is important for your visit and is a necessity. You can provide this information by entering our patient portal. The nice feature of using the patient portal is that you won’t need to fill out a ton of forms once you arrive at your visit. The information goes directly into your chart. That way, the technician won’t have to re-type all of your information from the registration forms to the computer, saving you time. You can also download the forms (located here), fill them out and bring them in.
After you arrive, let the receptionist know you are here. Have a seat in our reception area, have a cup of coffee and some treats. We try to make your experience as relaxing as possible with some Pura Vida and a little bit of Hygge thrown in.
